When I decided that hosting retreats was going to be a major component of my Joyful Living work, I knew they had to be special. My intention with each retreat, whether you are joining me for the day or for a full weekend, is that you leave with a deeper understanding that CONNECTION is the key to lasting joy. I will show you that through meaningful connections you will make with others, along with elements of nature, will enhance the connection you have with yourself. My locations of choice are as varied as the people who attend, but with my home base of Denver, Colorado as well as locations in Crestone, Colorado, Windsor, Ontario, Canada as well as others specifically chosen, you will hopefully find a retreat that best suits you.
